What Motivates You To Change Your Life?
If you sense that your life isn't the way you would like it to be, if you are unhappy about a situation that has been going on for ages or if you feel like you are stuck in a rut and really would like to make changes, yet nothing happens and you go on doing he same things without the motivation to do something different.
You need something to motivate you to change and that may be a chance remark someone makes when you start to moan about your situation and they say, 'Well, what are you doing about it?" and you realise you have the power to change something, anything yourself. That chance remark may be the catalyst which makes you finally say, 'That's it. I've had enough and I'm going to change my life, starting right now"?
You may have been putting up with an unsatisfactory situation for ages until finally you know you won't put up with it any longer and the time has come to make some changes. The sense of realisation that it will be possible to do something may have started from the chance remark someone makes but then it stays with you almost like a sort of pain inside you which nags at you each time you start to say you don't want something any more and you know it's up to you to make the difference that you want, start to happen without further delay.
Once you get that sense of not being able, or not wanting to endure something any longer then you will finally be motivated to make some changes. You will be sure you want to change but you need to keep hold of that feeling so that it goes beyond the desire for change and is translated onto the actions you have to take in order to actually make the change happen.
You will do this when you have a vision of what you want instead of the situation that you want to get away from and instead become very sure about what sort of life you want to move towards so that you experience a happier life. Then you need to plan what you will do and start to make some changes. Initially it almost doesn't matter what you do so long as you do something differently because any change has an effect on other parts of your life as a ripple effect, it enables other changes to happen as reactions to the initial change you make.
